People are desperately waiting for the thriller anime show Strike the blood Season 4. The official date announced for the premier was from April 8th, 2020 to June 30,2020. But it has been delayed after the airing of two episodes due to the ongoing pandemonium. No official statement has been released by it’s creators as of now but the fans are crazily wishing for it’s return.
The plot:
Strike the blood is based on a light novel written by Gakuto Mikumo, and is directed by Hideyo Yamamoto with the script written by Hiroyuki Yoshino. The series is action based with a mix of sentiments. It was first aired in 2013. The story revolves around a teen vampire, Kojou Akatsuki who lives on an island South of Japan called the Itogami Island and is suspected to be the Fourth Progenitor, an influential vampire who has the potential to disrupt the balance among the other three progenitors.
Also known as SutoBora or Sutoraiku Zal Buraddo, it has released three seasons till now which were quite popular among the audiences. The series initially began as a TV anime and later continued as OVA series. Season 4 is expected to have more episodes.
Season 4 release date:
It is expected that the new episodes will be aired as soon as the lockdown ends. Surely it would be continued after making sure that the safety precautions of the crew members are followed.
Season 4 plot entail:
Season 4 will witness a growth in the relationship of Yukina and Kojou. Season 3 ended with an attack on The Kingdom of Sardinia and the fans think that Season 4 might include Kojou exploring the shooting. Fans are also excited about the story of Asagi Alina, Kojou’s classmate who shockingly turned out to be the Priestess of Cain in the last season.
The series with it’s usual plot and twist is fantastic to watch. It would have you glued to your seats once you begin watching it which is why the announcement of the release of 4th season had people so excited. But due to the lockdown in the host country it has been postponed.
