Nomadic Pictures and Dynamic Television have resumed production on Netflix’s fifth and final season and Syfy’s thriller Van Helsing believed to be the first drama to return to filming in Canada.

The first three episodes of the new season were filmed on-site in Slovakia in January and February, before production stopped on March 15 due to Kovid-19. The series, now in its fourth week of full production, will complete filming of the remaining 10 episodes in Kamloops and Vancouver, Canada.
